Where do you ship to?
We currently ship to most locations within Canada. However:
• We do not ship to rural areas due to high shipping costs.
• We do not ship to P.O. boxes. If you provide a P.O. box as your shipping address, your order will be canceled, and you will be notified.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location:
• Within Canada: 3–7 business days.
Please note that shipping times are estimates and may vary due to factors beyond our control, such as carrier delays or weather conditions.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size and weight of your order, as well as your location.
What happens if my package is lost or delayed?

What if I accidentally entered the wrong shipping address?
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us immediately. If the order has not been shipped, we will correct the address. Orders that are shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced.

Do you offer local pickup?
Yes, we offer local pickup!
• Orders must be placed through our online shop.
• Pickup will be ready the next business day.
• Please wait for a confirmation email stating that your order is ready before arriving to collect your items.
